Pilton Youth and Children’s Worker – Futures Lead Development Worker
Pilton Youth and Children’s Project are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled worker to lead the delivery of their North Edinburgh Futures programme — a new early intervention project offering safe, engaging, co designed youth work for 10–15 year olds during evenings and weekends.
Hours: 24 per week
Salary: £34,370 pro-rata

Bridges Project – Support Worker and Employability Support Worker
Bridges Project are advertising two posts.
Employability Support Worker – Deliver an effective casework and group work service to young people experiencing a range of challenges such as non-attendance at school, low attainment, lack of confidence, poor mental health and family poverty.
Support Worker – Deliver a support programme to young people aged 13 – 21 from East Lothian who are experiencing a wide range of challenges including family poverty and family substance use.
Both roles:
- Full time
- £26,000 – £26,975

Scran Academy – Youth Development Worker and Scransitions Youth Development Worker
Scran Academy are recruiting two Youth Development Workers.
Youth Development Worker:
This role is critical to changing young people’s lives by supporting the delivery of Scran Academy’s Academy Programme, our structured, year-long alternative education provision for young people disengaged from mainstream schooling.
Hours: 21 hours per week. 1 year FTC, with possibility of extension
Pay: £25,500 – £26,837 pro-rata
Scransitions Youth Development worker:
This role supports the delivery of Scran Academy’s Scransitions Employability Programme, a structured, multi-phase programme designed to support young people to progress towards work, education or training.
Hours: 18 hours per week. 1 year FTC, with possibility of extension
Pay: £26,237 – £28,090 pro-rata

PDP are recruiting someone to work with children and young people in a variety of settings – including street work, within the youth centre and on the premises of voluntary organisations and other venues. They will be developing and implementing a quality programme, reflecting Community Learning & Development (CLD) service priorities.
Salary: £13.46 sessional to £16.40 Lead sessional
Edinburgh Young Carers – Schools Co-ordinator
Edinburgh Young Carers is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified applicant to co-ordinate awareness-raising, training and support to schools and Higher Education (HE)/Further Education (FE) establishments across Edinburgh, with the aim to develop whole-school, sustainable approaches in the identification of, and support to, young carers.
Hours: Full time
