LASC – Activity Worker

LASC are looking for an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic and friendly worker to join their team with a lead role in planning and delivering activities for children and young people in P4- P7.

 

Hours of work (term time): Mon-Thurs 2.00-6.00 & Fri 11.30-6.00. Hours vary during school holidays.

Rate of pay: living wage rate or above dependent on qualifications, age and experience.

Craiglockhart After School Club – Childcare Practitioners

Craiglockhart After School Club is a busy after school club based in Craiglockhart Primary School, Edinburgh, currently looking for childcare practitioners.

They offer:

· Contracted hours of work, offered within the main hours of service 2pm-6pm Monday-Friday and full day work during holiday club sessions.

· Very competitive rates of pay for both qualified and unqualified staff members.

· Support with training, both internal and external.

 

PVG, SSSC fees and all training costs will be met by the organisation.

Seeds of Disruption – Sessional Youth Workers

Seeds of Disruption are seeking sessional youth workers to support arts- and environment based youth work in Midlothian, at various events and projects as opportunities arise. Sessional staff may be required to support trips to indoor or outdoor venues, indoor and outdoor courses and workshops, or other youth work activities. Sessions are almost always during evenings, weekends, and weekdays during school holidays.

Salary: £14 per hour

Friday Night Lights (YMCA Edinburgh) – Sessional Youth Worker

YMCA Edinburgh is seeking a sessional youth worker to support the delivery of the Friday Night Lights youth group in Leith. Friday Night Lights is a partnership project developed with local youth organisations, the Community Sports Hub and community police to provide positive Friday night activities for young people aged 9–16.

Salary: £16.81 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Typical hours: Fridays, 6–9pm (with opportunities for further hours)
