Bridges Project are advertising two posts.

Employability Support Worker – Deliver an effective casework and group work service to young people experiencing a range of challenges such as non-attendance at school, low attainment, lack of confidence, poor mental health and family poverty.

Support Worker – Deliver a support programme to young people aged 13 – 21 from East Lothian who are experiencing a wide range of challenges including family poverty and family substance use.

Both roles:

Full time, 35 hours per week, fixed term until May 2027

Salary: £26,000 – £26,975

Y2K Youth Project – CashBack 180 Youth Worker

Y2k are seeking a motivated and committed Youth Worker to join their team on a 28-hour per week basis. This is a fixed-term position for 2 years, with the potential for extension subject to future funding.

This role focuses on supporting young people at risk of engaging in offending, risky, or anti-social behaviours. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering targeted interventions that help young people make safer, more positive life choices.

Salary: £28,938 pro-rata

Hours: 28 Hours per Week
