LAYC Disclosure Checks

If you require access to Disclosure checks through LAYC on behalf of your organisation you should complete the following straightforward steps;

  • Contact Rob Heasman by e-mail or telephone 0131 667 1828

  • Complete and return the Contract/Agreement

  • Applicant completes on-line Disclosure Application

  • Arrange for the applicant to make an appointment with LAYC for Identification Verification


    • Notes on ID Verification appointments

    Applicants will need to:
  • Telephone or email to arrange to visit the LAYC offices at an agreed date and time.
  • Bring with them appropriate forms of ID
  • Have completed the on-line disclosure form at least 2 days before your appontment.

    In exceptional circumstances it may be possible for LAYC staff to visit your club / group to check identification.
